How do I cancel?

Under “My membership” a button takes you to the Stripe customer portal. You cancel there with one click, no questions asked. The membership runs until the end of the paid month, after that slot, badge, role and list entry end on their own.

What happens if a payment fails?

Stripe retries several times over about three weeks and sends you an email. Until then everything stays as it is. Only when Stripe gives up does the membership end, just like a cancellation.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, Stripe emails it to you and keeps it in the customer portal. The invoice is issued by Tim Plate Solutions.

What happens to money above the costs?

It stays in the pot as a reserve and extends the runway: for months with fewer contributions, broken hardware or another server. Nobody takes anything out.

Who has access to the money?

Payments go to Tim Plate Solutions, the operator named in the legal notice, who pays for servers, tech and domain from them. Only Stripe sees individual amounts. All we show is that someone is in and at which tier.

Someone sent me a payment link privately. Is it real?

No. Payments are made only through feldlazarett.net, never through a link sent in a private message. Whoever sends you one is not staff, even if it looks that way.

I contributed before. What applies to me?

Everything stays as it is: your reserved slot has no end date, and your badge is gold from now on. Nobody has to switch.

I don't want to pay through Stripe.

Then it works as before through the membership ticket on Discord (/spende). Staff enter the membership by hand, with the same tiers and conditions.

Does the slot give me an advantage in game?

No, and that is on purpose. No better weapons, no special rights. Just the queue, nothing else.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Under “My membership” you can add another tier at any time. The highest always counts: badge, role and slot change right away.
