Morning shift

Seeding pays off

A server only starts once enough people are there. Help get it going, earn duty tokens and trade them for first place in the queue. When a server is full, you're right at the front.

3Redeem first place1 day at the front of the queue for 120 duty tokens, on all servers.

Quick answers

Questions

What does first place in the queue get me?

When a server is full, you wait at the front of the queue instead of the back. Nobody gets skipped, but the next free slot is yours. This applies on all our servers.

Can I be AFK while seeding?

Yes, absolutely. Go to a station and leave the buy menu open, then you won't be kicked for inactivity. All that matters is that you're on a team.

How do I get called when a server needs help?

On our Discord, get the “Frühdienst” (morning shift) role in the morning shift channel (button “Frühdienst an/aus”). We call it during the day when a server is starting up, and no more often than every few hours.

Is there a limit?

At most 120 duty tokens per day, across all servers combined. It resets at midnight.

Why do I have to sign in?

The tokens belong to your Steam account. The Steam login tells us it's really yours. On Discord, a file you linked once is enough (/link).

I already have a reserved slot.

Then you don't need a second one. Your tokens stay and you can redeem them when your slot ends.

Do the tokens expire?

Only if you don't seed at all for 30 days. Help now and then and you keep everything.

Can I buy or give away tokens?

No. Tokens only come from seeding, and they stay with your account. Other ways to help
